At the 2012 International Ice Sculpture Festival held in Poznań, Poland, the most talented artisans in the ice-carving industry convened, showcasing their talents -- one of which is above.

The winners of the contest -- first through third places went to Poland/France, Japan and Russia, respectively -- hailed from countries with bitter winters, The Atlantic Cities reported.
