Meet Chicago's New Leadership Team

April 19, 2011 By

As was announced Wednesday April 20, Chicago Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel named IBM Corp.'s John Tolva the city's new CTO, in addition to announcing an entirely new city finance team -- which will tackle a massive budget deficit that's estimated at between $500 million and $700 million.

When Emanuel takes office on May 16, he will be joined not only by Tolva, but also by Lois Scott as the new chief financial officer and Alexandra Holt as city budget director.
