Mobile Profile: Illinois

Illinois' Web site, www.illinois.gov, is a bit of a mess when browsing on the PC. It only went downhill when I loaded it on my BlackBerry. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to navigation. Links, text and images are strewn about in no particular order. The site offers neither mobile nor text versions. There are many good elements within the site. It's just that no one seems to have bothered to make them work together.
