Mobile Profile: Louisiana

Louisiana's Web site, www.la.gov, is charming when viewed on a PC. That charm quickly fades, however, on the BlackBerry. There are no mobile or text-only versions. The site includes huge gaps of white space, a dizzying assortment of photos, and a vexing jumble of news, links and services. The site is difficult to navigate on a smartphone and would greatly benefit from a text-only version.
