Mandy Bishop serves as the Smart Columbus Program manager and is responsible for the delivery of the USDOT and Paul G. Allen Family Foundation grant funded programs. During her tenure, Mandy has served as a senior project manager with GPD Group, the staff lead for the Ohio Governor’s 21st Century Priorities Task Force and deputy director of Planning for the Ohio Department of Transportation. She has 19 years of private- and public-sector experience with a specialty in complex project management. Mandy holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Ohio State University.
