Grants.gov subject to a "significant risk of failure," says OBM Director Peter Orszag (pictured)
Grants.gov -- the federal government's grants Web site for information on billions of dollars in federal grant programs -- has slowed causing frustration according to the Grants.gov blog A post yesterday by the site's Project Management Office said the high user volume continues: "We have over 2,500 users logged-on and 1,200 users conducting searches." A related story by the Washington Post quotes OBM Director Peter Orszag as saying a 60 percent increase in stimulus-bill-related site traffic poses a "significant risk of failure."
