Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan today released a two-minute video for first-time voters -- and for those who need a refresher -- on what to expect when they go to the polls on Election Day.

This educational video includes a quick overview on a variety of Election Day topics including:

  • How to find your polling location
  • What type of identification to bring
  • When the polls are open on Election Day
  • How to access election night result.

This is one of several efforts by Carnahan to help encourage voters across the state of Missouri to participate in the February 5, 2008, Presidential Primary. It is estimated by local election officials that nearly 28 percent of Missouri registered voters will take part as Missourians choose who they think is the best presidential nominee.
