The California Department of the Youth Authority (CYA) works closely with law enforcement agencies, the courts, district attorneys, public defenders, and a range of public and private agencies concerned with the problems of youth. A new mobile computer application cuts down on paperwork, allowing CYA agents more time to keep track of their parolees.
