New Agency Information Officer for California Health and Human Services Agency

Carlos Ramos has been named agency information officer for the California Health and Human Services Agency. The agency information officer is responsible for coordinating IT policy and planning among the 13 state health departments that report to the agency.

Ramos was formerly the director of the Stephen P. Teale Data Center and prior to that the CIO at the Department of Social Services.
