Attendance was excellent and it provided a great opportunity for CIOs, CTOs, state and municipal education executives and senior IT industry executives to interact and exchange new ideas, share best practices and collaborate on matters of mutual concern.
It kicked off with a debate over high-stakes testing, and was followed by a work session to create a consensus document for a potential student assessment system of the future. The debate featured comments from the audience and the following speakers:
