William Oates is Boston's New CIO

While announcing Boston's new citywide wireless system yesterday, Mayor Thomas Menino introduced William G. Oates as the city's new CIO. Oates was formerly senior vice president and CIO of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc.
