Airport's Role in Disasters

Any community with an airport has a disaster response and recovery asset.

My latest Disaster Zone TV show is about the King County International Airport, which is often referred to as Boeing Field. I interviewed the safety and security program manager for this program. While this show is focused on one particular airport, you might use the information from this show to explore what the capabilities are for the airport that services your particular jurisdiction or area of the country.
