IEM Seeking Experienced Emergency Managers

Don't let the word 'experienced' discourage you from applying.

As I noted yesterday, IEM is rapidly expanding to meet the dramatic needs of our current disaster events. IEM is currently seeking candidates with experience in public assistance, hazard mitigation and other areas of disaster recovery programs to join their cadre. Interested applicants should send their resume and expression of interest to Bruce Lockwood, Cadre Manager, at rapidresponse@iem.com.

I added the element about "experience" since I think that if you have the education and interview well, they might give you a chance. I am a strong believer in hire for personality and character, then train for expertise.
