This position reports directly to the Projects Manager/Compliance Officer of the task force and is responsible for the overall management of the task force’s (inclusive of county-specific) training and exercise matters. The task force is an annual sub-grantee of federal Homeland Security Grant Program funds and employs 14 full-time staff and one part-time staffer. The position has one direct report employee.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Projects Manager/Compliance Officer of the task force and is responsible for coordinating with and acting as staff support for the assigned Workgroups and Subcommittees of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Task (SEPA RTF). Coordination is required with the counties in the SEPA RTF, other planners, and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). He or she will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple assignments. The ability to conduct technical analyses, draft reports, make oral presentations and work with elected and appointed officials on local and regional project matters is critical.
