My parent organization, the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER), and the Center for Regional Disaster Resilience (CRDR) have proposed a project to DHS to establish a coordination mechanism and standard that could be used across the United States. We are waiting to hear if the project we submitted in July 2018 is accepted.
