WEA Test Failed to Reach Me

I felt left out.

It is very likely that I was not the only person who did not get the national Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) test on Oct. 3. I have no idea how they can possibly follow up to understand where and why failures happened.

Personally I'm a "one bar" guy in the building that I work in. I've set my phone to use the Wi-Fi feature for making phone calls — thus, maybe that was my personal issue.

It will be interesting to see what they share back with the broader emergency management community in the form of an after-action report.
