Just in case there is a really big disaster and you need to call someone. The acting, or otherwise, FEMA regional administrators are also shown at the link above. I see my old boss, Michael Byrne is the acting administrator at FEMA Region II.
It will take many months before all the positions are filled out with "official" appointees.
