The event began this year with an entertaining keynote by David Pogue who once again opened the event with his witty humor on the advancements of technology. On Thursday GTC welcomed Frank Abagnale who enlightened the audience with his first hand experience of fraud and identity theft and at the same time shared touching personal accounts of his life.

Exhibitors and Government Agencies partnered together to produce technological solutions that would benefit the state and local communities of Texas.
