Important Note to Applicants:
The best way to negotiate the application Web page is to copy the Award questions below and paste them into a Word document. Then, in the Word document, answer, research and rewrite to your satisfaction. When you are ready to submit, click the "Proceed to Entry Form" button at the bottom of this screen and then simply copy and paste your answers into the appropriate fields. Retain the Word document for your records.

- Business proposition: Clearly state the existing business problem, its target audience and the new solution. (300 words maximum)
- Innovation and technological merit: What tools were used; what makes this solution innovative? (300 words maximum)
- Value: Note quantitative metrics such as usage, transaction times, stewardship of scarce resources, cost savings/avoidance and return on investment as well as qualitative benefits such as improvements to citizen and/or employee experience and other values. (300 words maximum)
- Success: How well did the project attain the stated business goals and objectives? Clearly link the outcome to the business proposition set before the beginning of the project. (300 words maximum)
