Description:
In responding to a crisis, government executives and managers find it much easier to break down organizational barriers to knowledge sharing and cross boundary collaboration. Therefore, it is no surprise that the current economic crisis affecting many state and local agencies has created the opportunity for greater and more creative cross-boundary collaboration. This may take the form of the sharing of systems, applications, information and data and most importantly, knowledge.
This session will highlight critical success factors to successful knowledge sharing cross-boundary collaborations and discuss how government agencies have collaborated to develop the necessary capabilities for success.
