Todays ever-changing work environment of agency consolidations and mergers, staff reductions, performance accountability, increased customer and taxpayer expectations, and technological enhancements can be challenging. Change management is not only important, but a necessary consideration in undergoing organizational transitions and transformations.
This 75 minute executive session will provide individuals with concepts and models associated with organizational change, as well as tools and techniques to navigate transitions in the workplace today. Individuals will have the opportunity to participate in an IT learning application activity and group discussion. Topics include: Looking at Change Key Concepts and Models; Resistance to Change; Communicating Change; IT Learning Application; and Resources and Tools for IT Professionals.
