A message from our Keynote Speaker

Illinois is on an impressive digital transformation journey to modernize its decades-old technology, processes and policies to better serve our customers. Under Governor Rauner’s leadership, we are quickly establishing our state as the nation’s first Smart State, and the Digital Government Summit provides an excellent forum to discuss where we are going and how to accelerate progress toward strengthening Illinois as a competitive and compassionate state. It is a team effort and your ideas and innovations are critical to our success. I encourage you to join the discussions and I look forward to seeing you at the Summit!

– Hardik Bhatt, Secretary Designate for Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) and Chief Digital Officer, State of Illinois
