"IT leaders in the State of Minnesota are working to increase state government's efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven decision making, better processes, smart investments and measurable results and outcomes. The IT consolidation process is putting greater emphasis on working across jurisdictional lines to develop IT solutions that deliver the best value for taxpayers in support of Governor Dayton's Better Government for a Better Minnesota reform agenda. The 2012 Minnesota Digital Government Summit is a great opportunity to exchange ideas with peers in the public and private sectors about what IT can do to result in better government for Minnesota."

- Carolyn Parnell, State CIO
