Brandi Boatner has been an IBMer since 2010 and has consistently demonstrated her leadership, ability to innovate and paradigm thinking in the digital marketplace over the last five years. Currently, she serves as a social media specialist for IBM's global technology services. In this role, she is responsible for developing and driving a global digital experience and engagement model for IBM target audiences across a number of venues such as the web, blogs, social media channels and mobile devices. Additionally, she leads digital strategy and social activation initiatives for IBM Global Services subject matter experts.
Brandi is a dynamic digital communications professional full of enthusiasm known for building strong relationships with constituencies while maintaining focus on business objectives and delivering value leveraging social media channels. Casey is an experienced manager with over 10 years in eGovernment operations, and has been the General Manager of NICUSA-New Jersey for the last six years. His team is responsible for the launch of dozens of custom-built online applications and backend payment processing. Casey brings a wide range of skills to his role, including business development, team leadership, finance, and project management for online applications and website development. The public-private partnership between the State and NICUSA-New Jersey team has yielded several online services under a self-funded model that allows citizens and businesses to more easily interact with state government. Services built under Casey’s leadership in New Jersey include business records online, temporary vehicle tags, online notary applications and crash report requests.

Hamza Jahangir leads the Enterprise Architecture Practice for the North America Public Sector organization. As the leader of the Practice, Hamza sets direction and strategy for the Public Sector architecture and IT strategy market and oversees both sales and delivery across all key public sector accounts (including clients from U.S. Federal, State & Local and Canadian Governments). Hamza is a well-recognized and published Oracle author on the topics of Data Security, SOA, Cloud Computing and Enterprise Architecture. Hamza has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

A professional actor for over thirty years, Jim Ross Meskimen appeared in the films Apollo 13, The Grinch, Frost/Nixon, The Punisher, There Will Be Blood, and many others. Some of Meskimen’s TV credits include recurring roles on Parks & Recreation, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Friends, Whose Line is it, Anyway?, Lie to Me and Rules of Engagement. In 2011, the Australian Today Show dubbed Meskimen, “The World’s Greatest Impressionist.” His viral Shakespeare in Celebrity Voices has over a million views and subsequent viral videos have cemented him as a major YouTube talent. He can be seen currently in Impress Me, an original half-hour comedy that originated as a successful web series. Meskimen lives in Los Angeles with his actress wife, Tamara. Their daughter Taylor is also a performer. His mother is beloved actress Marion Ross, who played Mrs. C in the long-running ABC comedy Happy Days.

George has worked for Avaya for the last 15 years. Prior to working at Avaya, he has been employed in multiple IT and business organizations including CIGNA Corporation, Thomas Jefferson University, FMC Corporation as well as being an independent IT consultant. George holds an MBA in Information Technology and undergraduate degree in Accounting from LaSalle University.

He leads a team of cloud specialists that work with Government agencies to deploy new capabilities through the cloud, enabling customers to use cloud based collaboration and communication services anywhere, anytime on any device.

In Microsoft’s State & Local Business, Javier enabled 9 of the largest 10 states and 6 of the largest 10 counties to utilize Microsoft’s Cloud Service. As a leader for Microsoft’s Federal Government Cloud business, he championed government security requirements into Microsoft’s cloud properties enabling millions of Government Employees to use Microsoft’s cloud software to rapidly utilize technology to serve their constituents in cost-effective manner.
