"I am very excited and hopeful for this year’s 14th annual Wisconsin Digital Government Summit. As government IT professionals, we can educate each other on how we position IT to help achieve business goals for the state, counties and municipalities.   There are many challenges and opportunities we can address together in a collaborative manner if we leverage all our resources. Our community of partners can help us evaluate creative and innovative approaches to support and strengthen government services that are mobile and responsive. We are reinventing government work processes with technology solutions that optimize and transform services for Wisconsinites, while reducing operating costs. We have phenomenal staff throughout government that will encourage dialogue between policy makers, business people and IT professionals, including building collaborative relationships and then letting our talent flourish to make Wisconsin a premier state."

– David Cagigal, Chief Information Officer, State of Wisconsin

Wisconsin Digital Government Summit 2014

Overview

Government Technology’s passion is helping spread best practices and spurring innovation in the public sector. The Wisconsin Digital Government Summit is designed to do just that. The summit has an advisory board that gathers public- and private-sector leaders to create an agenda designed to make that passion relevant and actionable to the state and local government organizations attending the summit. Participants tell us they use the inspirational keynotes, leadership discussions, networking breaks, and the timely topics discussed in the numerous breakout sessions to help advance the goals of their organizations.

If you influence or participate in technology decisions or implementations at any level, you will want to attend.  Don't miss this opportunity to see the latest in digital government solutions, keep abreast of current policy issues, and network with key government executives, technologists and industry specialists.

This year's Topics include:

  • Innovation and Leadership
  • Emerging Technologies
  • Digital Government Trends
