The event begins with an inspiring keynote address and is followed by general and concurrent sessions featuring both industry and government senior experts. The highlight of the event is the popular Best of California Awards Ceremony where government leaders are recognized for their dedication, hard work, and contributions using technology to improve service to the citizens. Following the Awards Ceremony a gala reception to celebrate State CIO Teri Takai and California's recent NASCIO awards, Digital State Survey Award, Brookings Institute Award, Best of the Web Award, and the NASCIO Meritorious Service Award will be held.
