Where were all the top tech leaders in state government this week? They were here with me in San Diego (well, I tagged along) for the annual conference of the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO).
When I asked attendees to name the hottest topic talked about at the event, mobility issues received a big nod. I also got a peek at what NASCIO is all about as I chatted with organization president Dugan Petty. Michigan CIO David Behen shared why events that keep state tech leaders talking with each other are uber important.
