our government computers block google docs - why would we be able to view let along post google videos?

I would recommend caution with keyword selection. YouTube search is very widely used and accurate keywords can help them folks find your videos but it also impacts the "related videos," selection. Keep keywords and the title to your video relevant and the related videos will be relevant. Would love to hear part 2 of this video, "recommendations for video content strategy." :)
