Planning Department Case Tracking

The city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is offering Planning Department Case Tracking Reports, which are designed to allow users to track the status of their Applications through its unique decision process. This includes applications to the Board Of Appeals, City Council, Development Review Board, Environmental Planning Commission, Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission and the Zoning Hearing Examiner.

This report will provide a detailed summary of the Application, including access to summary Project information. The report includes both the Application and Project Numbers, location information such as Address, Universal Property Code (UPC) and Zone Map Page.

The currently scheduled Hearing Date and a summation of the Number of Days the application has been in the Planning Case Tracking System, calculated from date of receipt to date of last action.

Details as to the Application Type, Current Status and Total Fees collected are also provided. Reference material such as related cases and the Legal Ad or Legal Description are also provided. This report provides links to both the Project Summary Report and the Application Status Report.
