Arizona Data Encryption Contract Awarded

The Arizona Government Information Technology Agency awarded contracts for solutions to encrypt stored data of personal information for all state agencies that maintain more than ten thousand records that contain personal information to two vendors: Accuvant, Inc. and South Seas Corporation.
The contracts offer encryption services in six categories: Full Disk, File Encryption, Back-up Media and Archiving, Mass Storage (SANs, NAS Encryption), Database Encryption, and Removable Storage Drives and Devices.
