The Omnilink offender tracking system offers 24/7 tracking in real time using GPS and cellular signals.
The device is waterproof and tamper resistant.
The one-piece design is easy to use and install, and it doesn't require landlines, which are typical of electronic monitoring systems.
The system lets probation officers tailor monitoring schedules for each juvenile by setting establishing inclusionary and exclusionary zones.

Their device does not have an omni directional antenna. So what? When driving, the device can't transmit its data due to all the metal above the ankle. A true combo is GMS/GPRS/SAT capable transmissions of the collected data. We have it now and it's coming sooooon and at a much lower cost.
