Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius reappointed several Kansans to the Information Technology Executive Council, which enhances the way state agencies do business through the coordination of technology resources.
"Using technology, state agencies can function more efficiently and effectively," Sebelius said. "I appreciate the work of this council as it continues to streamline communications between state agencies and provides direction for how they can continue to incorporate technology to better serve Kansans."
The following individuals have been reappointed to serve 18-month terms on the council:
The Information Technology Executive Council is responsible for approval and maintenance of all information technology policies; project management procedures; the statewide technical architecture; and the strategic information management plan for all state agencies.
