It's an execellent move to make web sites accessible, and it is useful to not just the blind, but for the 10's of millions of Americans with reduced vision, and with mobility impairments to have accessible sites. As America ages a larger and larger number of us need sites which follow the coding rules and tips which can be found on the w3c.org site. I just wish that the webmaster for this site had followed those simple rules. The first thing I do when I get to busy sites with small fonts (such as this one) is to go into my browser settings and increase the font. 0n a properly coded page this increases the size of the text so that I can read it without headaches. On this page however, nothing happens. This happens when text is formated with commands such as "font-size:8pt" instead of "font-size:8em" or "font-size:80%".
