DoD Adds Intellitactics Security Manager to Army's Information Assurance Approved Products List

Intellitactics announces that Intellitactics Security Manager, a comprehensive security management solution for strengthening enterprise defenses, has been selected for the U.S. Army Information Assurance Approved Products List (AIAAPL). Intellitactics Security Manager is a comprehensive enterprise security management solution that simplifies the management of security for compliance and enterprise defense. It automates the consolidation and correlation of millions of events from any number of security devices, networks, operating systems, databases, and applications without the need to customize the data sources being monitored. Simple to deploy in any size and type of organization, Security Manager automates real-time alerting, facilitates integration with enterprise management platforms, and provides hundreds of reports for decision support and demonstrating compliance with FISMA standards; and PCI and HIPAA regulations where applicable. Approval of Intellitactics Security Manager was based on extensive testing by the U.S. Army Technical Integration Center (TIC). Selection was based on extensive support of IPv6 protocol in both the current and planned product releases, flexible and scaleable product architecture, multidimensional Security Data Warehouse enabling high-performance data storage and access, and comprehensive security event management and reporting functionality.
