Washington CIO Stuart McKee Resigns

Stuart McKee has announced his resignation as chief information officer for the state of Washington, effective June 4, 2004. McKee will join the ranks of many state CIOs who have recently left the public sector, accepting a position as the U.S. National Technology Officer for Microsoft.

The Governor's Office will announce the appointment of an acting director soon.
