The Wisconsin Employee Trust Funds (ETF), part of the state retirement system, is soliciting proposals to upgrade its benefits payment capabilities.

ETF is seeking a vendor who can perform an analysis of the business functions, and data and system requirements. Vendors will need to describe the process for future enhancements that may be a result of legislative changes.

Proposers will need to also explain their development environment, methodology, documentation, transition, and deployment. The migration path will be a critical component of the evaluation as well as the vision and viability of the solution.

Phase I has an estimated maximum price of $5 million. The entire project is estimated to cost $19.3 million.

The RFP will soon be posted to Wisconsin VendorNet. Other information regarding this RFP, including questions and answers, will be posted on the ETF Website and will not be mailed. Proposals are due September 7, 2004.
