SIRE Technologies Inc., a leading provider in content and agenda management solutions, announces it has recently signed contracts with several cities and counties in California to provide its agenda automation solution, Agenda Plus, or its electronic content management system (ECMS) solution. The most recent cities and counties in Calif. includes Sacramento County, Ventura County, Huntington Beach; Moreno Valley, Calabasas; Ontario City, Temecula City and the city of Richmond.

Increasingly, California cities and counties are moving away from static, rudimentary document and agenda management systems due to the inability of these rigid applications to grow with the organization or adapt to their changing needs. These applications force organizations to compromise on what they hoped to achieve due to the limitations of the software. Those limitations frequently cause users to change the way they prefer to conduct business and close the door to the best practices they know work for their organization. SIRE's solutions allow government organizations to evolve in response to virtually any type of change through its unique architecture and built-in configurability.

"We intentionally designed our solutions with the flexibility to help our clients adapt to changes in statutes, policies, ordinances, or elected officials," said Kris Painter, Executive Vice President of SIRE Technologies (formerly AlphaCorp). "By incorporating our cutting-edge content management and agenda automation solutions, organizations are better able to save money by streamlining their agenda and document processes, save time by simplifying their workflows, and make their job easier by integrating related systems."
