Case Study: Court Keeps Revenue Flowing with Advanced Document Capture for Handwritten Citations

Many government agencies are facing severe budget constraints today, yet expectations for productivity and service remain high. A two week backlog was not uncommon given the high volume of citations. Knowing three full-time employees were about to be redeployed elsewhere, the Court had an urgent need to find a way to process citations faster and with a lower level of effort.
