Cloud-based video services are replacing the expensive equipment and infrastructure of the past and enabling a whole new era of public sector video collaboration. The cloud offers open platforms, meaning users can connect from any device and the equipment and software used doesn’t matter. This is opening the door to widespread video collaboration throughout the public sector, especially in the areas of education, justice, government and healthcare.
