Ira Magaziner: A Framework for Global Electronic Commerce

Ira Magaziner is senior advisor to the president for policy development, where he chairs a joint National Economic Council/ National Security Council initiative that is working to increase U.S. exports. He recently supervised the administration's development of "The Framework for Global Electronic Commerce," which outlines the U.S. government strategy for promoting global electronic commerce on the Internet. He now co-chairs the task force charged with implementing this strategy worldwide.
