Answer: as "barely a fart."
Just one day after Texas Gov. Rick Perry released a radio ad in the Golden State criticizing its business climate -- and encouraging businesses to relocate to Texas -- California Gov. Jerry Brown said that Perry's campaign is "barely a fart," the Sacramento Bee reported.
"It's not a serious story, guys," the Democratic governor told reporters at a business event. "It's not a burp. It's barely a fart."

I made that comment about Perry because I'm insecure and childish. I'm still the governor of California though.
I'd hardly call it 'insecure and childish,' Rick Perry is the guy without scruples who made a fool of himself thinking he could run for President and became a laughingstock.
Who would want to live in Texas - they have the budget under control, they still have morals, and they are growing. Much better to live under such an educated Governor (moon beam) and see the world through rose colored glasses. could be worse you could live in washington State where there are no morals and the world is upside down.
You can keep your Texas morals. I'll take WA's version of morals (and justice) any day.
I prefer the Texas morals. And Arizona's. I think if it weren't for my deep roots in California, I'd move to a more conservative state. A person would have to be BLIND to think everything is going well here. This is one of the most unfriendly states for running a business.
