Space Exploration Technologies’ prototype passenger spaceship has arrived at Florida’s Canaveral Air Force Station, where it will launch on a practice cargo run to the International Space Station as early as Dec. 19. 2011 -- though NASA will determine the final launch date.

The prototype -- the company’s Dragon Spacecraft aboard its Falcon 9 rocket, shown above -- will undergo a 21-day docking mission and will likely include the transport of food and non-essential supplies for the crew onboard the ISS, according to Central Florida’s News 13.
