Photographers Illuminate Waterfalls at Night

In its Neon Luminance photo series, a San Francisco group called From the Lenz sent glow sticks traveling down waterfalls and into the pools below, capturing the journey using long-exposure photography, as shown above and immediately below.

The multimedia group has another series -- Forgotten Luminance -- that also uses artificial lighting, but to illuminate man-made structures. 

Though Colossal described the Neon Luminance series as being "like a freak midnight rainbow," some pieces in the Forgotten Luminance series seem to better fit that description -- case in point below.
