What is a new store in South Africa offering homeless people?

Answer: free clothing and fashion advice

The homeless have the same right to look fashionable as everyone else is the mantra of a new shop called The Street Store in South Africa. The rent-free temporary shop uses cardboard hangers to emulate the appearance of a regular clothing shop in public spaces and sidewalks. About 1,000 homeless people showed up to the first opening on Somerset Road in Cape Town. The shop relies on donations and also offers volunteers an opportunity to be a franchise in their neighborhoods.
