How did California Gov. Jerry Brown describe Texas Gov. Rick Perry's radio ad encouraging businesses to relocate to Texas?

Answer: as "barely a fart."

Just one day after Texas Gov. Rick Perry released a radio ad in the Golden State criticizing its business climate -- and encouraging businesses to relocate to Texas -- California Gov. Jerry Brown said that Perry's campaign is "barely a fart," the Sacramento Bee reported.

"It's not a serious story, guys," the Democratic governor told reporters at a business event. "It's not a burp. It's barely a fart."
