Why didn’t 21 percent of American adults use the Internet in 2010?
Answer: They weren’t interested.
Of those polled in a 2010 survey, 31 percent of American adults who did not use the Internet said they just weren’t interested. Another 12 percent said they didn’t have a computer, 10 percent said it’s too expensive, and others gave responses that it’s a waste of time, too difficult or they’re too old to learn.
