What state recently had its website briefly shut down by hackers?

Maine's website was briefly taken offline Monday after experiencing a "denial-of-service" attack.

The hack "was in no way a security breach," and there are currently no signs that personal information has been put at risk, said Alexander Willette, Maine’s director of communications, in an email to CNBC. But the state still plans to run an investigation.

The attack was done by a hacker group using the Twitter handle @Vikingdom2015, who also claimed responsibility for shutting down New Hampshire's visitmh.gov and Oklahoma City's official website.
