To prevent texting while driving, Volkswagen is making cellphone cases out of what?
Answer: Metal from crashed cars.
Brand management company NordDDB and auto manufacturer Volkswagen have come together to produce a limited line of these Crashed Cases. Made from the metal from car wrecks in Sweden, only 153 cases will be made — one for each car crash in that country that occurred in February of this year, the first month after a law was passed making it illegal to use a cellphone while driving.
