The German parliament’s National Security Agency investigative committee is using a non-electric typewriter as part of its operations to avoid the risks of being online, or even using a computer at all. Similarly, in Russia last year, the Kremlin announced plans to buy 20 electric typewriters to avoid digital leaks, ArsTechnica reported.
