Developed by the University of Washington and Brave New Software, the service would allow friends to help one another access Internet content that may be blocked by their governments. Now in closed beta, the service allows users to use a trusted proxy to access blocked content by teaming up with their friends in other countries. The service is completely web-based and decentralized.
